Return and exchanges

Our carriers, slings and accessories can be exchanged and returned, for example, when the color or size isn't right. There are a few rules attached to this service: 

1. The products must be unused/in brand new condition and returned in original packaging.

2. You need to notify us within 7 days after receipt of your order by email.

3. Exchanges: accompany your package with a letter and all your personal information. And most importantly -  what size or color your would like in return. Upon receipt, we will exchange the item and, if necessary transfer any remaining balance. If you need to pay an extra fee, you will receive an invoice generated vi PayPal. Return is at your cost and risk, so we recommend to pack it well and with tracking.

4. Return: accompany your package with a letter and all your personal information as well as the reason of the return. Upon receipt, we will refund the purchase price, less the postage fee. Make sure that your package has sufficient postage. Return is at your own cost and risk and we recommend to ship your package with tracking.

Note: Only products from our standard collection can be returned or exchanged. A product specially made or printed for you, cannot be returned or exchanged.
